Ingredients

  • 500g chestnut mushroom

  • 250g pork mince meat

  • 1 egg

  • 4 spring onions

  • 4 slices fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp 13-spice seasoning

  • 1 1/2 tbs oyster sauce

  • 1 tbs seasoned soy

  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning

  • 1 tbs sesame wok oil
    1 tbs olive oil

Directions

  • Add pork to a mixing bowl, 1 egg, 1 tbs wok oil
  • Add, 13 spice, ginger, Spring onion, then bind together
  • Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil with chicken seasoning, olive oil, pinch of salt and mix well
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and fill with your mix
  • Pre-heat shallow pan on high heat
  • Place your mushrooms in the pan and put the lid on
  • Cook for 5 min or until you see the meat browning remove the lid and cook for a further 10 mins
  • Add A little water replace the lid for a further 5 min
  • All Done Serve and enjoy!
