How To Make Egg & Tomato Rice
Difficulty: EasyEgg & Tomato Stir Fry with rice
Ingredients
4 eggs (whisked)
3 large tomatoes (peeled & cut)
3 spring onions (green)
3 cloves of garlic
250g sticky rice
salt to taste
1 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp 13 spice seasoning
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Directions
- cross cut bottom of toms place in a bowl of hot water turn ocasionally and soften the skins (around 5-6 mins)
- peel the skins from the toms remove the core, chop up the toms into 2 sizes large and small
- break and whisk the eggs
- and some oil to a shallow pan high heat, add the eggs wait till expand and remove
- med heat – then add the garlic into the pan in some oil for 30 seconds then add small tom slices
- add the 13 spices, then add the larger tom slices
- add the oyster sauce, chicken seasoning and salt to taste
- add the eggs back in, with softend toms mix well
- add to your sticky rice and enjoy
