- whisk the eggs ,add olive oil to shallow pan and preheat
- add the spinach, cook until reduced.
- add the spinach to the egg add 13 spice oyster sauce and salt, into a bowl and mix together
- bring pan back to heat add more oil add the mix back to the pan cook for 5 minutes
- flip and cook for a further 2 – 3 minutes
- (optional) garnish with sesame seed.
