3 x spring onions
2 x tsp seasoned soy
2 x tsp oyster sauce
2 x tbsp olive oil (cooking oil)
1 x tsp chicken seasoning
1 x tsp 13 spice seasoning
1 x egg
1 tsp pure sesame oil
2 x pints of water (38.4 FL oz)
Directions
- Place mince in a bowl
add 13 spice, spring onion, and ginger - Add
olive oil (cooking oil of choice) - Add
soy and oyster sauce mixed in a little water - Add
chicken seasoning and egg with sesame oil and bind together - Heat Pan
add 2 pints of water on high heat, bring to boil - Balls
use a teaspoon to make small balls and add to the water - Ladle
remove the excess fat from the water surface - Lettuce
add the chopped lettuce - place the lid and simmer for 25 – 30 mins
- 5 min before finish add salt to taste and finish last 5 min
